Cancellation Policy:

We require at least 24 hours notice (by email or voicemail) to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Missed appointments and cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time are subject to a fee equal to 80% of the appointment cost. Virtual Appointments and other accomodations are available in cases of illness.

Insurance will not cover cancellation or missed appointment fees.

 

Once you book your first appointment, you’ll receive intake forms by email. Please take a moment to fill them out before your appointment so that you have time for a full treatment.
