Tuesday: 10:00 - 6:00
Wednesday: 11:45 - 7:30
Friday: 9:30 - 5:00
Out of office on Thursdays and weekends.
Cancellation Policy:
We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You may cancel or reschedule via email or phone call. Missed appointments and cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time are subject to a fee equal to 80% of the appointment cost. Both virtual and in-person appointments are available in cases of last-minute illness when you're feeling like you're coming down with something. Please wear a mask when you're sick.
Insurance will not cover cancellation or missed appointment fees.
Once you book your first appointment, you’ll receive intake forms by email that you are required to fill out before your appointment. Please take the time to fill them out so that you have time for a full treatment.
